2026-2027 Financial Aid Applications

Catholic school students are on the road to becoming the future leaders of tomorrow! St. Louise School is will begin accepting new family enrollments for the 2026-2027 school year starting Monday, March 16, 2026! Catholic education is affordable and tuition assistance is available! Both the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) application and St. Louise School Financial Assistance are available for the 2026-2027 school year.
The Financial Aid applications for the 2026-2027 school year for the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) financial aid grants forms can be found below.
IThe Financial Aid application for the 2026-2027 school year for the Catholic Education Foundation Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and St. Louise de Marillac financial aid is now up on the school website. (PLEASE NOTE, APPLICATIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED FOR THE SHEA FOUNDATION FINANCIAL AID GRANTS AT THIS TIME.)
In order to be considered for St. Louise financial aid, you must apply for CEF TAP financial aid. In addition to the completed TAP application, a complete set of your 2024 taxes are required.
Completed TAP applications and 2024 taxes will be processed by a CEF representative at our on-campus host site on March 23rd at Damien High School. To make your appointment, CEF has implemented an online appointment system. Please follow the directions to sign up for an appointment.
1. Verify that you and your household meet CEF’s income guidelines for financial eligibility (refer to FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY form).
2. Complete all three pages of the APPLICATION FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TAP) form.
3. Bring your completed application form and all proper proof of income documents to your scheduled appointment.
Acceptable proof of income documents include your 2024 Federal Income Tax Return (1040) or a NOTARIZED STATEMENT OF INCOME document. See CEF Guidelines for Acceptable Proof of Income Documentation on Page 3 of the application for more details and requirements. All applications and proof of income documents submitted to CEF will be archived and/or disposed of as appropriate to ensure confidentiality
At the CEF Home page, on the bottom left corner, SELECT " SCHEDULE YOUR CEF APPOINTMENT."
SELECT “Next” on the Welcome Screen
Choose and SELECT a Location where your students will be attending (ELEMENTARY SCHOOL).
Choose a Time to meet with CEF Representatives and SELECT “Next.”
Enter in your information to reserve your appointment (Make sure to enter your Cell Phone and Email in order to get text and email reminders) and SELECT “Save.”
Please print or save the confirmation page for your records. Please note the Host Site where you will be meeting with CEF Representatives.
In order for St. Louise to make their determination regarding financial aid, please submit a copy of your completed TAP application, a complete set of your 2024 taxes and a letter stating why you are in need of financial aid to Denise Wold in the finance office in the parish center no later than March 23rd. The school office will not be accepting applications.
